What is the Virginia Irrigation Association?

ABOUT THE VIA

Established September 2002, the Virginia Irrigation Association is a non-profit and volunteer based organization assembled to:

Develop a professional image for the Virginia Irrigation Industry Organize against any legislation proposed or enacted affecting lawn irrigation. Provide training and educational seminars for: • Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) • Certified Irrigation Designer (CID) • Certified Irrigation Landscape Auditor (CLIA) Inform members of State Legislation regarding the Virginia Irrigation industry. Provide membership meetings and social gatherings. Provide irrigation industry updates. Provide members the opportunity to join the National Irrigation Association at a discounted price. Provide our members with greater exposure to other Green industry professionals.
