Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $85,000+ per year, plus performance bonuses, benefits, training, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Top performers can earn significantly more than most jobs in the green industry through our bonus and incentive programs.

No irrigation experience? That's okay. We welcome talented people from irrigation, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, maintenance, and other skilled trades. If you are mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and ready to learn, we'll give you the training and support you need to succeed.

Every day is different. Diagnose, repair, troubleshoot, install irrigation and outdoor lighting systems; recommend maintenance, enhancements and upgrades to help customers get the most out of outdoor living.

The Service Team Helper assists the Service Team Technicians as they perform maintenance, service and repair activities on existing sprinkler and landscape lighting systems or install additionals to existing systems. Basic bilingual English and Spanish skills are a benefit for this position. This is a seasonal, hourly position with the opportunity to earn commissions and receive performance bonuses.

Starting salary of $16.25/hour.

The Service Team Technician independently conducts maintenance, service and repair activities on existing sprinkler and landscape lighting systems.

NOTE: A satisfactory driver report as confirmed by our insurance carrier and a valid Driver’s License are required for this position. Basic bilingual English and Spanish skills are required for this position. This is a seasonal, hourly position with the opportunity to earn commissions and receive performance bonuses. Starting salary of $20.00/hour, parts commission eligible after 1 year of employment.
